Oranges

All citrus trees belong to the single genus Citrus and remain almost entirely interfertile.

The fruit colors from green to orange when it gets mature. The pulp has a light orange color, with a typical fresh taste.

Oranges are peeled or pressed to orange juice. De fruit is a raw material for lemonade. The peel can be used for marmalade en as seasoning in baked goods and wheat beer.
